MARKETING + CRM + EVENT PLANNING
Keep your CRM. Connect your leads.
Keep the CRM you already use while WeWed helps organize your marketing, leads and event work. Connect supported lead or contact data through authorized automation or an API adapter, or bring existing records over with a CSV export.
What you can keep together
- HoneyBook: supported Zapier triggers and actions
- 17hats: contact data through Zapier
- HubSpot: contact automation or an API adapter
- Other CRMs: compatible automation, API or CSV export
- Field matching, preview and duplicate checks
- Private subscriber connection and a test record
HoneyBook integration through Zapier
Use supported HoneyBook lead or project triggers in Zapier, then map client details into your private WeWed connection. An eligible HoneyBook plan is required. HoneyBook custom fields are not supported by its Zapier integration. The available triggers and actions determine which updates can be exchanged.
17hats contact integration through Zapier
Connect 17hats through its supported Zapier contact triggers and actions on an eligible plan. Map the incoming record as a contact. This connection covers contact details; it does not synchronize 17hats projects, contracts, invoices or workflows.
HubSpot contact integration
Use an authorized HubSpot contact trigger in Zapier, or connect the HubSpot Contacts API through your own server-side adapter. Map the contact ID, name, email and supported fields. Optional return updates use a separately configured Zapier Catch Hook and a supported HubSpot action.
Connect another CRM
Choose Other CRM for a compatible automation or API adapter. Your source must offer a supported trigger, webhook, API or usable export. When automation is unavailable, export contacts, leads or events as CSV and match the fields in WeWed. Compatibility and ongoing updates depend on the source CRM and plan.
Bring over existing contacts, leads and events
Open Business settings → Bring over CRM data. Choose HoneyBook, 17hats, HubSpot or another source, follow the export guide, upload a CSV and review field matching before importing. Import up to 1,000 rows / 2 MB at a time. Duplicate checks preserve existing records, and importing does not grant marketing consent or send messages.
Set up and test your connection
In your private workspace, open Business settings → Calendars & integrations → Keep your CRM. Connect your leads. → Set up CRM connections. Select the source, create your private connection, authorize your external account in your automation service, map the fields and send a test record. Review the receipt and saved record. Creating a connection alone does not sign in to the other CRM.
Know what moves with the connection
Supported lead and contact fields can be exchanged. Full contracts, invoice and payment history, attachments, pipeline definitions and automation rules are not synchronized. Zapier and CRM subscription fees may apply. WeWed does not promise a native one-click connection or full two-way sync with every CRM.
Questions before you choose
Can WeWed integrate with HoneyBook?
Yes, through a configured Zapier bridge using HoneyBook’s supported triggers and actions on eligible plans. Authorize your own HoneyBook account, map the supported fields and test a record. This is not a one-click native integration.
Can WeWed integrate with 17hats?
Yes, for supported contact data through Zapier on eligible 17hats plans. Projects, contracts, invoices and workflow rules are not synchronized by this connection.
Can WeWed integrate with HubSpot?
Yes. Supported HubSpot contacts can enter WeWed through authorized automation or a server-side API adapter. Return updates require separate setup and a supported HubSpot action.
Does WeWed integrate with every CRM?
Other CRM provides a general connection path when a CRM exposes compatible automation, webhooks or an API. A guided CSV import is available for usable exports. Full compatibility with every CRM cannot be guaranteed.
Can I keep using my existing CRM?
Yes. You can keep your existing CRM and connect supported lead or contact fields to WeWed. Choose which system owns each field and review conflicts before replacing locally edited data.
Are the integrations already connected for each subscriber?
No. Each subscriber must authorize their external accounts, configure the field mapping and send a test record. A saved setup alone is not confirmation of a live connection.
