IDEAS TO ENJOY & SHARE · Bridal Marketing Group

Share reviews as helpful stories

An honest review can help a future client understand the experience of working with you.

Use a real review faithfully

Choose genuine feedback and check the permissions needed to reuse it. Preserve the reviewer’s meaning if you shorten the text, and avoid creating a quotation from a general compliment. Keep personal details private unless sharing is authorized. Accurate feedback is more useful than an exaggerated statement that promises every future client the same result.

Connect it to an experience

Add a little context about the service the review concerns, using only information you can share. Explain the process or care that helped shape the experience rather than simply announcing another five-star result. Pair it with an approved project photo when appropriate. Clearly distinguish an illustration from a photograph of the reviewer’s own event.

Invite readers to learn more

Direct interested visitors to relevant service information or a consultation request. Keep the invitation consistent with the experience described in the review. When asking past clients for feedback, invite their honest opinion rather than prescribing what they should say. Useful reviews can answer the questions a new client may not yet know how to ask.

Try this with your next marketing task, then notice which questions and inquiries it starts. Bridal Marketing Group helps wedding and event businesses connect useful content with a clear path to contacting them.
